Friday, September 19th, looked a little different for Kingston K-14 staff. Instead of being in classrooms or offices, every employee in the district headed to Main Event for a full day of professional development — with a twist!Main EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain Event

The day wasn’t filled with binders, PowerPoints, and lectures. Instead, it was packed with fun, laughter, and team building. Staff members bowled, played laser tag, tried their hand at arcade games, and even let their inner child come out to play.

It was exactly what our staff needed — a break from the daily routine, a chance to relax, and an opportunity to connect with coworkers outside of the school setting. You could feel the energy shift as we all came together, laughedMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain EventMain Event, and strengthened relationships that will make our district even stronger.

A huge thank you goes out to the Kingston PDC Committee for planning such an incredible day for our team. Your hard work and dedication to our staff are so appreciated — and this day proved that professional development can be just as much about connection and wellness as it is about learning.

Here’s to a great rest of the school year, refreshed and recharged!
