In a heartfelt celebration of dedication, passion, and service, the Kingston K14 School District honored three beloved members of its educational community on May 22, 2025. Teachers Kimberly Phegley and Brenda Solomon, along with Principal Nicole Galczynski, were formally recognized for their outstanding contributions as they embark on a well-deserved retirement.

The afternoon’s ceremony was led by Superintendent Dr. Mike Golden and Board of Education President Chris Massey, who both expressed deep gratitude for the retirees’ years of tireless commitment to the students, families, and staff of the district.

A special moment in the celebration came when Mrs. Marlene King, Principal of the Primary School, took the podium to read the bios of Mrs. Phegley and Mrs. Solomon. With heartfelt words and warm memories, Mrs. King honored her colleagues not only for their professional accomplishments but also for the lasting friendships and support they shared throughout their careers.
